In his previous role as Chief Accountant at R.N Enterprise, Mr. Islam played a critical role in ensuring the company's financial stability through accurate financial analysis, project-based accounting, invoice processing, and banking operations. His diligence and attention to detail in preparing financial reports and liaising with corporate stakeholders laid a strong foundation for his transition into leadership in administration and HR.
Prior to joining R.N Enterprise, Mr. Islam served as the CEO of Eduzen Consultancy, where he developed robust leadership skills while managing overall office operations and cultivating partnerships with international academic institutions and student networks. Additionally, his significant tenure at Channel i, where he advanced from an accounting role to Senior Executive in Marketing and Events, underscores his ability to manage highprofile events, media bookings, and corporate client relationships.
In his current role, Mr. Islam oversees all administrative functions, human resource management, recruitment, policy enforcement, and staff coordination, ensuring a compliant, efficient, and supportive work environment. His ability to bridge people and processes strengthens internal communication and reinforces the company’s culture of professionalism and accountability.
Mr. Islam holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Dhaka and has completed various trainings in dynamic counseling, graphic design, and soft skills development. Outside of his core professional responsibilities, he is also a creative contributor, having written scripts for television Drama and edited lifestyle magazines further demonstrating his versatility and passion for continuous growth.
